Policy Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Afrika Sisi Nyumbani Academy is committed to fairness, transparency, and professionalism in all financial transactions. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which payments may be refunded, transferred, or credited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our goal is to protect both our clients and the sustainability of our training programs while maintaining the highest standards of trust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Eligibility for Refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u2713<\/strong><strong> Full Refund May Be Issued When:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A program is cancelled by the Nyumbani Academy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A session is significantly rescheduled, and the new dates are not suitable for the participant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Duplicate payment has been made.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment errors result in overcharging.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u2713<\/strong><strong> Partial Refund May Be Issued When:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A participant withdraws at least 7\u201314 days before the program start date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Documented medical or emergencies prevent attendance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visa or travel restrictions apply (for international participants).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Administrative fees may apply to cover processing and preparation costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u2716<\/strong><strong> Refunds Are Normally Not Issued When:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A participant withdraws shortly before or after the program begins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The participant fails to attend without prior notice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The participant is removed due to misconduct or violation of Nyumbani Academy policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorrect personal scheduling or a change of mind occurs after confirmation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Transfers Instead of Refunds (Highly Recommended Option)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To support our learners, the Nyumbani Academy may offer a program transfer in place of a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Participants may:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2714 Move to a future intake<br>\u2714 Transfer enrollment to another eligible program<br>\u2714 Assign the slot to another participant (subject to approval)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This flexible approach ensures your investment in learning is preserved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Short Courses, Camps, and Field Programs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Due to the intensive planning required for camps and outdoor programs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deposits are typically non-refundable but may be transferable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Late cancellations may forfeit a larger portion of the fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We strongly encourage early communication if plans change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Online Programs and E-Learning Materials<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For digital courses, online trainings, downloadable resources, certificates, and e-learning materials offered through Nyumbani Academy and Afrika Sisi Nyumbani Ltd:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refund requests must be submitted before substantial access or participation occurs, including downloading learning materials, accessing protected course content, or attending multiple live or recorded sessions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Due to the digital and accessible nature of online educational content, refunds may be limited once course access has been significantly utilized.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certificate-track programs, mentorship programs, and specialized learning pathways are generally non-refundable once participation has officially commenced.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In cases of technical errors, duplicate payments, or exceptional circumstances, ASN Ltd may review requests on a case-by-case basis in accordance with fairness, transparency, and applicable consumer protection principles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participants experiencing technical difficulties are encouraged to contact the support team promptly for assistance before requesting cancellation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ASN Ltd is committed to maintaining transparent, professional, and globally aligned practices that protect both learners and the integrity of its educational programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7.
