Why can I not see another sponsor\u2019s programme?<\/summary>

Donor access is intentionally scoped. Your account should only expose information you are authorized to view.<\/p><\/div><\/details>

Can several colleagues use one login?<\/summary>

Use individual authorized accounts rather than shared credentials so access and actions remain attributable.<\/p><\/div><\/details>

Why does a figure differ from our internal accounting system?<\/summary>

Check the reporting period, currency, payment status, refund\/adjustment status and scope. Raise a query before using a disputed figure externally.<\/p><\/div><\/details>

Can I download reports?<\/summary>

Where your account has the relevant permission and a report has been released, the system may provide a controlled download.<\/p><\/div><\/details>

What should I do if I find incorrect information?<\/summary>

Do not rely on the disputed figure. Submit the issue to ASN through the official support\/partnership channel for review and correction with an audit trail.<\/p><\/div><\/details>

Does dashboard access mean the information is externally verified?<\/summary>

No. Verification status must be stated explicitly. Access to a dashboard or report does not itself constitute external assurance.<\/p><\/div><\/details>

Account security:<\/strong> keep credentials confidential, use individual accounts, and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
