Using your donor account
Why can I not see another sponsor’s programme?
Donor access is intentionally scoped. Your account should only expose information you are authorized to view.
Can several colleagues use one login?
Use individual authorized accounts rather than shared credentials so access and actions remain attributable.
Why does a figure differ from our internal accounting system?
Check the reporting period, currency, payment status, refund/adjustment status and scope. Raise a query before using a disputed figure externally.
Can I download reports?
Where your account has the relevant permission and a report has been released, the system may provide a controlled download.
What should I do if I find incorrect information?
Do not rely on the disputed figure. Submit the issue to ASN through the official support/partnership channel for review and correction with an audit trail.
Does dashboard access mean the information is externally verified?
No. Verification status must be stated explicitly. Access to a dashboard or report does not itself constitute external assurance.
